Mark is the best!! He made our journey to finding our countertops so easy. We started by going to many different stone shops that require you to get a fabricator to give you a price and it was so stressful. Once we went to encore we knew this would be the best way since they give you the price upfront on the stones! Not only that but mark helped us pick out our fabricators and made the process SO easy. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

This is the most beautiful slab/store showroom ive been to in San Antonio. Feels like an art gallery because each stone is displayed instead of being stacked on each other. Customer service is exceptional as well!

Wow - fabulous inventory and incredible customer service. I called with some questions and Mark immediately helped me navigate their inventory and make the perfect selection. Within an afternoon I had found the perfect slabs and the transaction is complete. For quality of inventory, transparency of price and help navigating the whole process (including fabrication) I highly recommend Encore!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Encore Stone in Charleston, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. Had a great experience with Jason and Encore picking out a slab for our kitchen renovation. Jason was knowledgeable about the industry, stone qualities, what to expect, etc. Highly recommend checking out Encore Stone. Great selection, easy to navigate warehouse, easy to read labeled slabs, upfront pricing, and flexibility to work with their inventory from their other locations.

If you need a countertop, this is the place to go! Not only are they the most helpful and friendly, but they will tell you the actual cost of the material. Most places will not. They also have the best selection!

My wife and I went to Encore on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. Mark was able to get signed in and walking the aisles looking for kitchen countertops. We wrote down the ones we were interested in, he told us all about them and was very knowledgeable about the different surfaces. We ended up buying a slab that day and went back and he had all the same granite, Cristallo Lilac, on display for us to pick out a second slab that matched best with the first. Great group of people there, lots of knowledge, and really helped us out with all of our questions. Thanks to the Encore Team for taking the stress out of that task!!

Encore Stone Studio is definitely the place to begin your search for stone countertop material. They have a wide range of beautiful granite, marble, quartzite and quartz. Mark is a professional who knows his product and provides great customer service. My wife and I had a great experience doing business with Encore!

Only great things to say about Encore (and Mark!). We visited several stone studios, but really liked the selection there, as well as the price transparency. The staff there have also been really helpful, easy and enthusiastic to work with, and have been great at prompt communication. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for stone

Randomly stopped at Encore this week while on my way to a different countertop vendor. I’m glad I did! Mark walked me through all their options and more importantly - clued me in to the racket happening with many fabricators and providers. I visited 5 other companies earlier - none of which could give me pricing. Huh?!? Anyway - transparency and honesty of Encore is refreshing and I’m happy with my selection. Mark was very informative in explaining materials, styles, etc. I can’t say enough about my experience with Encore.

My sister and I visited Encore Stone Studio while I was having my kitchen remodeled and this was the best shopping experience! Marty Balencie took us under his wing as we explained what I was looking for. He took us to see their entire inventory and whenever we asked about a certain one, he was quickly able to answer. We went up and down the aisles several times while he never once tried to hurry us along. I chose a beautiful blue piece of marble and it was a little outside of my style but I thought it was just a real eye-catcher. Now that it has been installed, I know that I absolutely made the right choice. I would go back there again due to their friendliness, patience and assistance. They made it so easy and the price was great! Five stars in my book!

We love Encore Stone Studio in North Charleston. This is our third kitchen project with them in the past six years. After visiting multiple stone shops, we seem to always find our quartzite winner at Encore. Mark was very helpful and patient while we made our decision. Even was able to get pricing day of without a wait which is apparently not common when shopping for stone slabs!!
