We worked with Olivia to order our stone, first off I love the price transparency with encore and on top of that Olivia helped me find the perfect slab! We needed a 2cm slab to fit our fireplace and she sent me a bunch of different options, she worked with us on the price of the slab itself and delivered it to my fabricators shop very quickly. The whole process was seamless and moving forward I will only be ordering slabs from Encore!

Mark is the best!! He made our journey to finding our countertops so easy. We started by going to many different stone shops that require you to get a fabricator to give you a price and it was so stressful. Once we went to encore we knew this would be the best way since they give you the price upfront on the stones! Not only that but mark helped us pick out our fabricators and made the process SO easy. This is the most beautiful slab/store showroom ive been to in San Antonio. Feels like an art gallery because each stone is displayed instead of being stacked on each other. Customer service is exceptional as well!

Now that our home renovation is almost complete I wanted to share the amazing experience we had with Encore Stone and specifically with Lee! After visiting all the big slab yards and feeling overwhelmed I did a google search and stumbled upon Encore Stone and what a blessing it was. This was our first kitchen renovation and Lee took the time to walk me around the showroom and talk through the process, the transparent pricing they offer, and the easy delivery to the fabricator. We chose a beautiful marble that looks amazing in our kitchen! Not only did Lee provide an amazing customer experience for the countertops but in taking the time to learn more about the project we were working on he helped me avoid what could have been a major home renovation nightmare and for that I'll forever be grateful! We encountered some big challenges during the renovation and I joke to friends and family that meeting "the guy at the countertop store" is how we got this project turned around! Lee is the greatest, he is a wealth of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to assist us with our project. Especially in educating & assisting us in every aspect of the process. Wow - fabulous inventory and incredible customer service. I called with some questions and Mark immediately helped me navigate their inventory and make the perfect selection. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Encore Stone in Charleston, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. As an out-of-town buyer, I was a bit apprehensive about making such an important purchase from afar, but Olivia made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I had looked at 5 different stores for the perfect quartzite for our kitchen and finally found it at Encore. Olivia was incredibly helpful and attentive. Had a great experience with Jason and Encore picking out a slab for our kitchen renovation. Jason was knowledgeable about the industry, stone qualities, what to expect, etc. Highly recommend checking out Encore Stone. Great selection, easy to navigate warehouse, easy to read labeled slabs, upfront pricing, and flexibility to work with their inventory from their other locations.

If you need a countertop, this is the place to go! Not only are they the most helpful and friendly, but they will tell you the actual cost of the material. Most places will not. They also have the best selection!

Encore Stone Studio was nothing but amazing! There are so many choices to choose from and unlike a sample, you actually choose the entire stone that you want. You can see the pattern and choose your stone accordingly. These guys are so flexible based on the dates, they directly deliver to your fabricator and you don't have to go through the burden of picking it up and sending it. Lisa was really helpful, she walked us through the process, was very clear on what they offer and the best part was, there were no hidden charges at all. She was very welcoming, very patient and has been a good guide, this experience being for our first home, we were glad on visiting Encore and choosing our stones from them 🙂 Highly recommend them!

I think we've been to about every slab store in Austin, and Encore is by far the best- and the only one we've found with truly transparent pricing. (Other sellers won't sell to you directly, and instead have you price the material through your fabricator, so that they both can take some share of the profit- Encore has their prices online and doesn't try to hide the ball.) It was so refreshing and such a contrast with other countertop sellers. When you go there- be sure to ask for Lee, who is wonderful and terrific to work with! We can't recommend him highly enough- he went above and beyond to help us, and we're really grateful! 🙂

My wife and I went to Encore on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. Mark was able to get signed in and walking the aisles looking for kitchen countertops. We wrote down the ones we were interested in, he told us all about them and was very knowledgeable about the different surfaces. We ended up buying a slab that day and went back and he had all the same granite, Cristallo Lilac, on display for us to pick out a second slab that matched best with the first. Great group of people there, lots of knowledge, and really helped us out with all of our questions. Thanks to the Encore Team for taking the stress out of that task!!

Encore Stone Studio is definitely the place to begin your search for stone countertop material. They have a wide range of beautiful granite, marble, quartzite and quartz. Mark is a professional who knows his product and provides great customer service. My wife and I had a great experience doing business with Encore!

Only great things to say about Encore (and Mark!). We visited several stone studios, but really liked the selection there, as well as the price transparency. The staff there have also been really helpful, easy and enthusiastic to work with, and have been great at prompt communication. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for stone
